What is physical fitness?
Physical fitness is made up of five components: 1) Cardiovascular Fitness; 2) Muscular Strength; 3) Muscular Endurance; 4) Flexibility; and, 5) Motor Skills/neuro-coordination. Improvements in each of these individual components should enable an individual to improve their daily tasks, quality of life and a wide range of sporting activities.
